if the below stated points are met, and till such time ScoutQuest continues to carry on this Referral Incentive Scheme which would be read along with the laws, regulations, rules prescribed by regulatory bodies.

All such referred users must subscribe to an annual subscription to any of the paid plan of scoutquest and at least 15 users must subscribe to any of scoutquest's annual subscription plan for you to become eligible for referral incentives. (Hereinafter "pre-requisite condition"). Monthly subscriptions plans by users referred by referrer are not eligible for any referral incentives.

If a referred user signs up on scoutquest.in using the referral link of the referencer then the said user shall qualify for referral comission provided the pre-requisite condition is met.

Mapping of user with the referencer will only be considered to the referrer having a prospect sign up and register initially. If the user is already registered and then later uses an introducer/referrer's affiliate link to complete the signup / subscription process, this account will not be mapped to the referrer.

​

Referred users from one user ID are not transferable to another user ID in any way possible.

​

For the referral comission to be payable to the referencer the total generated comission must be at least Rs. 1,000 (One Thousand) and a minimum of 15 Completed Referrals must be mapped to the referrencer. (Hereinafter "Minimum threshold")

All referral comissions generated by the referencers shall be paid out to ther referencer on quaterly basis subject to satisfaction of minimum threshold criteria. Also, the data of users joined using referral link, upgraded to paid plan etc. also must be shared with the referrer only once per quarter at the end of the quarter (End of March, June, September, December) on request by referrer in writing on sq@fundsmap.com

All payouts made to such users under this Referral Incentive Scheme shall be post Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as per Applicable Income-tax Law.

Any additional payments with respect to GST or any other such taxes, even if any such person is eligible for the same, will not be made over and above the amount eligible to be paid as referral commision.

Referral earnings that are less than Rs. 1000 shall be considered lapsed and cannot be carried forward at the end of each financial year.

​

All eligible amounts available for payout as referral commision shall be transferred to the referencers by sharing a fund payout link to the referencers wherein they shall be required to add a bank account of their choice to accept referral commission. 

All users willing to accept referral commissions from scoutquest, declare and agree to all clauses stated below. In case of any misrepresentation or any incorrect declaration is provided, such users shall indemnify ScoutQuest (Parent entity Fundsmap Private Limited) for any such damages, direct or consequential, with respect to any violations of Circulars, Rules & Regulations, Bye-Laws of all Recognised Stock Exchanges (as defined by SEBI) and any such Applicable Law in India:

I/We, being a user of Scoutquest (Parent entity Fundsmap Private Limited) (hereinafter referred to as “ScoutQuest”) hereby agree to and declare the below points with respect to accepting any payment/incentives from ScoutQuest, with respect to any referral bonus or marketing fee or incentives from ScoutQuest:

I/We am/are not forbidden to do any business under the Rules, Bye-Laws and Regulations of National Stock Exchange (NSE), Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), and Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) or any Recognized Stock Exchange as defined by SEBI;

​

I/We are accepting this incentive from ScoutQuest only for the referral of new users/persons, and have not carried out any other activities, such as any financial advisory, inducing persons to use or trade/transact, providing stock tips, managing portfolios etc;

I/We have not, since being eligible to receive any payment/payout from ScoutQuest, entered into any contracts or published any marketing material/advertisement acting as ScoutQuest or act as a referral agent of ScoutQuest without the explicit written permission of ScoutQuest. I/We understand that publishing any marketing or advertisement material requires permission/intimation. I/We will not & have not publish/’ed any marketing material without the explicit permission of ScoutQuest;

I/We have/will not post the affiliate link / referral link of my referral code on public forums without any context, and spam any such groups/platforms/pages on social media;

​

I/We are not an employee of ScoutQuest or any associate/group entity of ScoutQuest, and I/We are not a relative of an employee of ScoutQuest.

I/We hereby declare that the above information are true and correct, and if any information is found to be false and incorrect, ScoutQuest will have the right to recover the entire amount received by me/us through whatever means ScoutQuest deems necessary.

I/We agree to indemnify ScoutQuest and its Directors/agents/employees for any damages/claims that may arise from me/us deviating from the Rules/Bye-Laws of the Exchanges, and any terms, conditions, Policies & Procedures of ScoutQuest.

I/We hereby declare that I/We have read, understood and agree to abide by this Policy, ScoutQuest’s terms & conditions, privacy policy and policies & procedures on ScoutQuest’s websites.

I/We hereby understand this Referral Incentive Scheme, along with these terms & conditions with respect to all incentives from ScoutQuest may be changed from time to time by ScoutQuest, at the sole discretion of ScoutQuest; or by any changes directed by any regulator/quasi judicial authority. Therefore, at all times, I/We shall abide by the change in such Policies and Procedures of ScoutQuest & Exchanges without any objections in the future.

I/We hereby understand that ScoutQuest’s (Parent entity FundsMap Private Limited) management reserves all rights to withhold any such incentives / this Referral Incentive Scheme to any such referrer, at its sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.

​

If a user is not in compliance with Sec 206 AB & 206 CCA Income Tax Act 1961, or if the PAN & Aadhar have not been linked/furnished to the satisfaction of ScoutQuest, TDS will be applied at the rate of 10%. For NRI users TDS is at the rate of 30%.

​

ScoutQuest reserves the right to periodically audit the source for generating such leads/referrals of all users. Failure to fulfill any audit requirements or showcase such responses to any queries from ScoutQuest, may result in the termination of all past/future benefits under this Referral Incentive Scheme.

​

Using affiliate referral links as paid or sponsored advertisements on any social media channels/websites/searches are strictly prohibited, and leads generated by any user from such means shall be terminated under this Referral Incentive Scheme.
